What if I don't want a room cleaned?

No problem, just let us know and close the door to any rooms you do not wish us to clean.

Do I need to do anything before the cleaner arrives?

In order for the cleaning service to be more efficient, unless you are adding decluttering to your services, we do ask to please pick up any clutter such as toys, clothes, and shoes. We will take care of the rest for you!

Do you clean in nearby towns?

Yes, Squeaky Clean does not only serve Wichita Falls but its' surrounding areas within 20 miles as well. If you are unsure if we service your area please contact us and we will let you know.

What if there was a spot not cleaned?

We always double check each home and make sure every spot on our checklist was cleaned before we leave. However, we can make mistakes. If that ever happens, you can call us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area of concern free of charge within 1-2 business days.

Do I need to be home during my cleaning?

It is your choice if you would like to be home during your home cleaning. Since Squeaky Clean cleans Monday through Fridays from 9am - 3pm, our clients are not usually home during those times and trust us with a key/code to their home, or leave a key out somewhere for us.

Do you offer carpet cleaning or window washing?

Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not offer carpet cleaning or window washing services. You will find a list of what we offer in our Services page.

What are your rates?

Fees vary and are based on multiple factors such as the condition and size of the home, type of cleaning, frequency, and many other things. If you call and ask for a price, we can give you an approximate cost based on the square footage, but this is all approximate and may not be accurate. We recommend booking a Free Estimate to receive a quote for an exact price. We will discuss and accommodate our services to your housecleaning needs. Our quotes are free of charge!

Are tips allowed?

Tips are not expected but appreciated.

Will you come on the same day every week?

Most of the time, our regular clients are scheduled for the same time and day of the week. We will try our best to work with your schedule and accommodate your needs.

What if my regular cleaning falls on a holiday?

We will be contacting you in advance to reschedule the cleaning.
